Do I have to order a minimum number of shirts?
No, we do not have an order minimum. You can order just one shirt or as many as you need. For pricing information click here.
Is there a setup fee for each order?
No, as long as your file is submitted correctly their is no setup requiredso we DO NOT charge any setup fees. However, your files must be submittedto the proper specifications.
What type of image file do you require?
We accept most standard image files (.jpg, .gif, .tiff, etc.).
We also accept Adobe Photoshop (.psd) and Illustrator (.ai) files.
How do I choose and order t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.?
When you contact us with your order details, we will work with you to select your garments.
We have access to wholesalers that offer a wide variety of apparel and order them for you at wholesale prices. The cost of the garment will be added to your printing fees.
What colors are available?
Adult and Youth Tees are available in a wide variety of colors.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and checks through PayPal.
You do not need to create a PayPal account to pay invoices.
What is your return policy?
We strive to exceed your expectations and deliver high-quality products. However, should you find a defective piece in your order, we will reprint that piece at no extra charge.

Can you print more than four colors?
Yes! Unlike traditional silk screen printing, you are not limited to just four colors (CMYK)
Our DTG printer can produce over 16 million colors including white ink.
What is the largest size image that you can print?
We can print images up to 12"x17".
What is the highest resolution image that you can print?
We can print graphics with up to 2880 dpi. Traditional silk screen printing is limited to approximately 72 dpi.
Can you handle gradients in a graphic?
Yes. We can print photo-quality images, so we can definitely handle gradients, halftones, etc.
Can you only print on white or light-colored shirts?
We can print on any color garment. Unlike older DTG technology, we can also print white on dark garments.
What types of fabrics can you print on?
We can print on almost any fabric except nylon. However, we prefer to print with 100% cotton garments. The more cotton the garment contains, the more vibrant the image will be.
How is the washability on a DTG print?
Garments printed using DTG technology have excellent washability because the ink actually penetrates into the fabric. Unlike silk screen and heat transfers, your image will not crack or peel off after a few washes.
